REFUNDS

We offer a straightforward 30-day refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it, and we will issue a refund once the product is received in its original condition and packaging. The refund will be processed promptly after our team confirms receipt of the return.


CANCELLATIONS


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@somanex.com. If the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of purchase, we can provide a full refund. If more than 12 hours have passed, you will need to wait until the order is delivered and then return it according to our return policy.


RETURNS


If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

We do not accept returns for retail purchases, incorrectly ordered products, items damaged by the customer, or non-defective orders—even if delivered incorrectly.

To request a return, please email our support team. Once your claim is approved, you will be asked to send the items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please note that any related shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.


SHIPPING COSTS


You are responsible for any shipping expenses when returning a product, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The delivery time for an exchanged item varies depending on your location. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


SALE ITEMS


Refunds are not available for clearance or sale items. Only regularly priced products qualify for refunds.
